Climb with me today the beautiful Basilica which is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Ecuador. The church is located on the north side of the city, on the top of a hill in the Quitumbe district.

It offers a panoramic view of Quito and the surrounding valley. The basilica was built between 1887 and 1924, and its design is a combination of Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance styles.

It is one of the largest churches in South America, and its interior is decorated with beautiful stained glass windows and murals.
